About this project
PropertyHub is a premium real-world asset platform built to make fractional real estate ownership feel as straightforward as browsing listings, while everything underneath ownership shares, transfers, bids is tracked on-chain. Buyers can browse and search property listings, explore media galleries and detailed property data, save favourites, connect a wallet, and submit bids and offers with expiry windows, then manage received and submitted bids and track transactions from a personal dashboard. Property owners get the other half of the platform: creating and managing assets, uploading media and setting primary images, calculating and listing ownership shares for sale or rent, and scheduling sales. Every action is backed by admin review and approval, asset status logs, share transfer logs, and full blockchain records, with asset-focused messaging and chat so buyers and owners can work out details directly instead of over email.
